These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Website and purchases made through Jescora.
By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and the policies referenced herein.

Jescora may update these Terms where reasonably necessary. The version published on the Website will be the current version.
1. USE OF THE WEBSITE
The Website is intended for lawful personal use.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Website, creating an account, or placing an order.
You must not use the Website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized purposes.

4. ORDERS

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can proceed to fulfillment.
Jescora may reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:
product unavailability;
payment failure;
suspected fraud;
incorrect pricing or product information;
shipping restrictions;
duplicate or abnormal orders;
or other legitimate operational circumstances.
If an order is rejected or cancelled by Jescora after payment has been collected, any amount due to the customer will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
Customers should review product selection, size, quantity, delivery address, and contact information carefully before submitting an order.
5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be transferred to fulfillment shortly after payment is confirmed.
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, contact Jescora as soon as possible at tam@jescora.com.
Jescora will attempt to stop or modify fulfillment where reasonably possible.
However, cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or carrier handling.
If shipment can no longer be stopped, the customer may use any applicable return or statutory withdrawal procedure.
Nothing in this provision limits mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights available under applicable consumer law.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Product prices are those displayed on the Website at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine technical or pricing errors where permitted by law.
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other costs will be displayed at checkout where collected by Jescora.
Payments may be processed by independent payment providers.
You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted with your order.
If a payment is declined or cannot be verified, Jescora may be unable to process the order.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping destinations, delivery estimates, and shipping charges are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Jescora may use third-party suppliers, fulfillment partners, warehouses, logistics providers, and shipping carriers to fulfill orders.
Products may therefore be dispatched from a country or fulfillment location different from the customer's destination country.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, weather, peak periods, local delivery conditions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside Jescora's reasonable control.
Tracking information will normally be provided when available.
Nothing in these Terms transfers risk of loss to a consumer earlier than permitted by applicable law.
Where applicable law requires Jescora to remain responsible for goods until physical delivery to the customer or an authorized recipient, Jescora will remain responsible until that time.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, defective or damaged products, incorrect orders, missing deliveries, refused shipments, and related matters are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Jescora currently provides a voluntary return policy in addition to any mandatory rights that may apply under consumer law.
Returned merchandise may be inspected before a voluntary refund is approved.
Customers must follow the return instructions provided by Jescora and must not return merchandise to a supplier, manufacturer, fulfillment warehouse, the address printed on the original parcel, or another address unless specifically instructed to do so by Jescora.
Nothing in Jescora's voluntary return policy limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.
9. PROMOTIONS AND FINAL SALE ITEMS
Promotional pricing does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Where permitted by law, merchandise specifically identified as “Final Sale” before purchase may be excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns.
This does not exclude statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, or otherwise non-conforming goods.
10. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

The Website is powered by Shopify, which provides ecommerce technology used to operate the online store.
Products purchased through jescora.com are sold by Jescora.
Jescora is responsible for the products it sells, customer service, fulfillment obligations, returns, refunds, and other responsibilities arising from transactions between Jescora and its customers.
Shopify provides technology and related services and is not the seller of Jescora products.
15. PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Website is handled in accordance with Jescora's Privacy Policy.

However, this choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the laws applicable to that consumer where those protections cannot legally be excluded.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable jurisdictional and consumer protection rules.
23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Where necessary, the affected provision will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
24. WAIVER
Failure by Jescora to immediately enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or any corresponding right.
