Need to return an order?

Jescora offers a voluntary 15-day return period from the date your order is delivered, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.

To request a return, sign in to your Jescora customer account and select the relevant order, or contact us at:

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Do not send merchandise to the manufacturer, supplier, fulfillment warehouse, the address printed on the original parcel, or Jescora's business address unless Jescora specifically instructs you to do so.

After your request has been reviewed, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and authorized return address.
