Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible distance purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

This statutory right exists separately from Jescora's voluntary 15-day return policy.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Sign in to your Jescora customer account:

Select the relevant order.

For items that have not yet shipped, use the available cancellation request option.

For delivered items, use the available return request option.

Please provide your name, order number, and information identifying the order or items from which you wish to withdraw.

Jescora will process eligible withdrawal requests in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where required by law, confirmation of the withdrawal request will be provided electronically.

Nothing on this page limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
